Butterscotch Filkshake (thats fake milkshake)


  1. vanilla carbmaster yogurt (kroger) or greek yogurt
  2. 1.5 tbs sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
  3. 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond breeze

prepare: dump it all in the blender. add ice until you get a thick shake consistency. and thats it. so simple. if you use greek yogurt you may need to add splenda, stevia, truvia (your choice).

nutrition: calories 150. fat 4.5. carbs 12. protein 13g.
