Ghetto Honey Mustard Snack Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 low carb tortilla (my fave are Tumaro’s gourmet tortillas found at kroger)
  • 3 oz chicken
  • 1 tbs ghetto honey mustard (yellow mustard with a little splenda, or stevia added)
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 piece fat free american kraft single

prep:

grill your chicken. put the cheese on the tortilla, throw on your chicken and add your mustard, add the lettuce, and then enjoy.

nutrition count: 190 calories. 2g fat. 5 total net carbs. 33g protein.

yes. i love the grilled chx, honey mustard snack wraps from mcdonalds. i took the same ingredients and made it healthy. EAT YOUR HEART OUT MICKIE D’s!
