Lying Leg Curls

Just an exercise tip:

today was leg day and i ended my session with lying leg curls. me and my good friend Brenda were talking about this a couple of weeks ago so i thought i’d share…

to properly execute and fire those hamstrings, really focus on keeping your feet loose during the full motion of curling your legs and then slowly returning to the start position. If your feet are flexed you are not gonna get the full benefits of this exercise…oh and you may need to go down in your weight. more than likely you won’t be able to curl what you thought you could when done this way.
